You wonderful people can also participate in the support of #CookForUkraine, whether it’s home cooking, or organizing the sale of pastries, or organizing a dinner at the club … we use the power of food to convey love to our Ukrainian brothers. and sisters. Donut recipe

  • 15 g of fresh yeast or 7 g of dry active yeast
  • 1 teaspoon. powdered sugar
  • 225 ml of warm water
  • 400 g of white flour + a little powder
  • 8 g of fine sea salt
  • 3 tbsp. oil + for lubrication
  • 20 g of crushed garlic
  • ½ Bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 beaten egg to glaze

First, make the dough. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Add 200 g of flour and mix well. Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, add the rest of the flour and fine sea salt to the mother dough. Knead the dough on a well-floured work surface until it is smooth and easy to remove from your hands.

Divide dough into 8 parts and form round loaves. Place them side by side on a greased round baking tray, cover, and let rise again, this time in a warm place, until they double in volume. They come together like hot rolls.

Mix the soft butter, minced garlic with a little sea salt and parsley, and let it infuse a little.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

When the fritters have risen, grease them generously with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a shiny golden crust remains. Remove and grease with garlic oil.

Eat hot!
