Preparation:

For minced meat, it is best to take pork and chicken or any available meat. Wash the meat under running water, cut it into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder.

The rice is washed several times with running water. Pour the rice with filtered water and bring to a boil. After that, cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, until semi-finished. Then pour it into a colander and rinse with cold water.

We clean the cabbage from the slow, top leaves, wash. Finely chop with a knife or food processor.

Wash and clean onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots with a fine grater.

Take a small saucepan and boil water in it. With a whisk, lower each lazy cabbage for 30-40 seconds in boiling water, then quickly remove and transfer to a baking tray.

Add the flour to the onions and fried carrots and mix. Spread it all out on lazy stuffed cabbage rolls.

In a deep bowl, combine sour cream and tomato paste, sauce or ketchup. Add a little water and spices if necessary. Stir until soft and pour in the fried vegetables and stuffed cabbage.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cover the tray with foil and place in the hot oven for about 1 hour. 10-15 minutes before the end, remove the foil and bake the lazy stuffed cabbage until done.

Serve some appetizing lazy cabbage rolls on the table and enjoy the taste.
