Take a small saucepan and boil water in it. With a whisk, lower each lazy cabbage for 30-40 seconds in boiling water, then quickly remove and transfer to a baking tray.

Add the flour to the onions and fried carrots and mix. Spread it all out on lazy stuffed cabbage rolls.

In a deep bowl, combine sour cream and tomato paste, sauce or ketchup. Add a little water and spices if necessary. Stir until soft and pour in the fried vegetables and stuffed cabbage.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cover the tray with foil and place in the hot oven for about 1 hour. 10-15 minutes before the end, remove the foil and bake the lazy stuffed cabbage until done.
