  • 15 g of cornstarch (1.5 teaspoons. with slide)
  • 15 g of flour (1.5 teaspoons. with slide)
  • 40 g of egg yolk (2 units)
  • 20 g of sugar (1r. l.)
  • 200 g of boiled condensed milk
  • 200 g butter (softened)

These are desserts that remind us that chocolate and cherries are the perfect combination that doesn’t need anything else.

Ingredients:

For chocolate chip cookies:

  • 300 g of eggs (6 units)
  • 40 g of egg yolk (2 units)
  • 150 g of flour (6 st. l. with slide)

For cherry filling:

  • 400 g pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)

For chocolate icing:

  • 50 g of honey (1.5 tbsp. l.)
  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 250 ml of cream (1 cup with a volume of 250 ml, fat content of at least 30%)
  • 30 ml of oil (1.5 tbsp. l.)
  • 100 g of toasted walnuts

These desserts are not only delicious but also very beautiful. Although it has many ingredients, it is only different types of jellies that are very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

For berry jelly:

  • 200 g of berry puree (currant + raspberries)
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2.5 st. l. sugar
  • 12 g of gelatin (2.5 teaspoons) + 60 ml of water (4 st. l.)

For exotic jelly:

  • 200 g of mango puree
  • 50 ml of passion fruit juice
  • 50 ml of water (2.5 st. l.)
  • 2.5 st. l. sugar
  • 12 g of gelatin (2.5 teaspoons) + 60 ml of water (4 st. l.)

For the orange jelly:

  • 300 ml of orange juice (1.5 cups)
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. sugar
  • peel 1 orange
  • 15 g of gelatin (3 teaspoons) + 75 ml of water (5 st. l.)

For yogurt jelly:

  • 500 g of Greek yogurt (9% fat content)
  • 300 ml of cream (10-35%)
  • 2 st. l. with a slice of powdered sugar
  • 20 g of gelatin (4 teaspoons. with a slide) + 100 ml of water (0.5 cups)

If you prefer less harmful versions of dessert, prepare this carrot cake, which uses a minimal amount of sugar.

Ingredients:

Carrot Biscuit:

  • 130 g of flour
  • 140 g of brown cane sugar (or white)
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon. sal
  • 2 g of ground cinnamon
  • 80 ml of oil
  • 60 ml of orange juice
