Ingredients for the dough: flour (450 g), yeast (10 g), butter or margarine (200 g), cream (140 g), sugar (100 g), vanilla sugar (1 sachet).

Preparation:

Melt the butter or margarine in a double boiler or microwave and then wait until it cools. In a separate bowl sift the flour with the yeast.

In a deep bowl, pour the melted and cooled butter, add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, mix well with a blender until smooth. Add half of the sifted flour to this mixture, mix with a blender, then add the rest of the flour and knead a soft, tender dough with your hands.

Form a layer of dough, put it in a plastic bag, send it in the freezer for 1.5 hours.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

After this time, rub the cold hard dough with a coarse grater or pass through a meat grinder with the largest mesh. Spread the dough on a baking tray. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes.

We line a container for a cake with a cling film in several layers, gradually spreading a mixture, baptizing periodically so that there are no air cavities. Cover the top with cling film and leave in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
