Protein icing

Ingredients: egg white (1 unit), powdered sugar (200 g), lemon suc (0.5 teaspoons), water (1-2 teaspoons).

Preparation:

In a deep bowl, combine egg whites, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Take a blender and beat everything for about 5 minutes. The result should be a thick white creamy dough. Dilute it lightly with water to the consistency of sour cream, then apply to the strips.

Glaze with gelatin

Ingredients: sugar (125 g), water for syrup (50 g), gelatin (1 tablespoon with slide), water for gelatin (25 g), lemon juice (0.5 teaspoons).

Preparation:

Pour the jelly into cold water, stir and wait about 20-30 minutes. During this time, it should swell. Take a thick-bottomed frying pan and pour sugar over it, add water and lemon juice.

Put on the fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil over low heat – we get sugar syrup. Remove from heat and add the swollen jelly, stir.

You can also add vanilla or vanilla sugar to taste, as well as food coloring if you want to get an enamel of another color. Then take a blender and start beating the dough until it is white.

This enamel should be applied immediately after firing, as it hardens quickly.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (100 g), vegetable oil (1 tbsp L.).

Preparation:

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler. To do this, take two containers of different diameters and place them on top of each other. In a large dish pour water, in a smaller one – pour chunks of chocolate. Put the design on the fire and wait until the chocolate becomes liquid.

Add oil to the melted chocolate and mix. While the glaze is still hot, cover the strips.
