Participant in the ninth season of the culinary show “MasterChef” Sergey Denisov shared with his followers on Instagram a recipe for his grandmother’s food soup with his own modifications.


  • beef ribs – 400 g
  • veal – 300 g
  • nou – 150 g ⠀
  • tkemali, klapi ⠀
  • rice – 5 tbsp. l. ⁇
  • plum – 2 pieces.
  • onion – 2 pieces.
  • celery stalk – 1 tbsp
  • all – 1 cap
  • Chile – 1 piece ⠀

  • vegetables (coriander, parsley) – 1 bunch

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the ribs, drain the water and add fresh water to the broth, then toss the meat, ribs, vegetables, green stalks, bay leaf, peas. You can add fresh basil and thyme. Cook for at least 4 hours on low heat.
  1. While the broth is saturated with aromas of herbs and vegetables, make a paste of nuts and garlic – fry the nuts in a dry pan, then mix in a mortar with the garlic, chili and grind. all until you get a paste.
  1. Lightly fry the onion in butter.
  1. Strain the broth, cut the meat off the bone and toss in the pan again, there is the onion, celery and our pasta.
  1. Add tkemali, grated plums or flaps, to choose from. If none of this is the case, use tomato paste, preferably grated tomato. We boil our broth.
  1. Add spices: coriander, a mixture of peppers, ucho and suneli hops, mint, tarragon, saffron.

7. Add the rice and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.

  1. At the end we add vegetables, the more, the tastier.
  1. The soup should be allowed to infuse a little.
