Boil water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and lightly light the fire so that the water does not bubble. Add a little vinegar to the water and spin the funnel in the water with a normal tablespoon. Continue to create the funnel with one hand, and with the other gently and quickly pour the egg into its center. So the protein will “grab” quickly and the yolk will stay liquid!
Lifehack: if you can’t cook poached eggs and they “fade”, wrap the egg (already broken) in cling film. So it will take exactly the shape you want!
