  • Warm water – 1 pile.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Yeast – 11 g
  • Wheat flour – 3 piles.
  • Salt is a crumb

Cooking method:

  1. Mix water, butter, sugar, salt, yeast and flour. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic, but not too dense.
  2. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Roll out dough balls the size of a small tangerine.
  4. Place in shape at a distance of approximately 1 cm from each other. Let stand on the fire for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Put in the oven and bake until done. Then remove and cover with a slightly damp towel for 1-2 minutes.
