Preparation:

1. Pour 2 g of matches (1/2 teaspoon) into a wide cup or bowl.
2. Fill the match with water heated to 80 ° C.
3. Beat the mixture with a blender to make a thick paste with bubbles on the surface. Most importantly, the finished mixture was homogeneous and without lumps.
4. Add honey, sugar or any other sweetener to taste and mix well.
5. Boil the milk and cool it to 80 ° C.
6. Beat the milk into a thick, firm foam with a manual or automatic cappuccino machine.
