Ingredients: buckwheat (250 g), water (0.5 l), carrots (1 unit), onion (1 unit), egg (1 unit), garlic (1 grain), ground black pepper (to taste), salt, oil .


Wash the buckwheat several times, fill with water and simmer after boiling for about 20 minutes. Then let the buckwheat porridge cool.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Then put it in a bowl of the blender and grind. Add the cooled buckwheat and beat again with a blender.

Add salt, chopped garlic and other spices to taste to the buckwheat dough, as well as an egg. Let’s interrupt again.

Pour flour into a plate, form ribs and roll in flour on all sides. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the ribs on both sides until they have a reddish crust, about 5 minutes on each side.
