Cooking method:

  1. Thaw the fish. Cut it into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion, fry in oil, add the mushrooms and fry again.
  3. Add the fish, sauté, add the ru sauce (this is fried flour with butter), salt, pepper and cream. Bring to a thick consistency and check the taste. Wow.
  4. Put the filling in the prepared pancakes, wrap them and put them in greased form. Drizzle with butter and cream and bake in the oven until golden.
