Pancakes with milk: ingredients for the dough

  • Milk – 1 liter
  • Eggs – 4 pieces.
  • Flour – 500 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar – 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Butter – 20 g

For starters, start frying the pan. It is best to have a special one to bake pancakes. It is more suitable in shape. While the pan is heating to medium temperature, you can start preparing the dough.

For the pancakes with milk, first break the eggs into a large bowl and add sugar. Mix it all up. Then heat some milk to room temperature, add a pinch of salt to taste and mix well with the beaten eggs and sugar.

Tip: Stronger pancakes are always cooked with water. But pancakes with milk are much tastier. So if you want to make them strong and tasty, mix equal proportions of water and milk.

Then start adding flour. It is best to sift 2-3 times beforehand. And to avoid lumps, it is better to add flour in small portions, mixing well the whole dough. Add salt and oil, stir again. Add the rest of the milk to the dough. The dough should be moderately liquid, but slightly viscous.

Fry the pancakes with milk in a pan previously greased with butter. You need to write exactly enough dough into the soup spoon so that it is evenly distributed in the pan. The fast movements in a circle distribute the future pancakes in shape. When it is golden, it should turn around. And after a few minutes – take out of the pan.
