Preparation:

To prepare the chicken soup, you need to grab any part of the chicken except the steaks. Take, for example, your thighs and wings, wash them with running water. To make the broth clear, fill the chicken parts with cold water for a few hours, then drain and rinse all over again.

Put them in a saucepan and fill them with filtered water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam from the surface. Simmer the broth for about an hour. At the end, salt and pepper.

To prepare the dough balls, break the egg into a deep bowl, beat lightly with a fork. Then add semolina, salt and a little pepper, mix. The dough should not be too thick. We leave it for about half an hour because the semolina swells.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables for the soup. Peel the potatoes, onions and carrots and rinse with running water. Cut the potatoes and onions into medium cubes, grate the carrots.

Wash the parsley, spread it on paper towels and then chop it finely with a knife.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add onion and carrot, fry over medium heat, stirring constantly.

We remove parts of the chicken from the broth and send sliced ​​potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes after boiling. Then add the vegetable roast and wait until the soup starts to boil.

With a teaspoon soaked in water, knead the dough, and the other gently push it into the pan with the soup. It is better not to make balls that are too large, because during cooking they will increase in size. Cook for about 5-6 minutes: the dough balls will first sink to the bottom and then float.

Add chopped vegetables to the soup, bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
