Ingredients:
- ous – 3–4 units.
- water – 300 ml
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.
- coriander
- turmeric
- star
- paprika
- sal
- pepper
- honey
- Chile
- coriander
- basil
- onion – 1/2 unit.
- red pepper – 1 unit.
- tomatoes – 400 g
- olive oil
Method of elaboration: ⠀
- Grab a nice pan, because shakshuka is traditionally served in a pan.
- Over high heat, fry the onions and red peppers in olive oil.
- Add spices: coriander, celery, paprika, turmeric, chili.
- Add the tomatoes and a tablespoon of tomato paste.
- Fill everything with water and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add honey or sugar (you can add fresh basil leaves).
- Make holes in the dough and break the eggs. Prepare until a rusty, still liquid state.
- Garnish with coriander.
