The chef shared recipes for banosh, borscht and donuts.

In addition, the chef did not stop sharing with subscribers simple recipes that everyone can cook at home.
We have collected three dishes of Ukrainian cuisine that will give you a taste of home and comfort.
Banusha recipe with crisps and cheese
- 200 g sour cream, preferably homemade
- 700 ml of milk
- 250 g of corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 200 g of bacon or smoked lard with striped pork
- 100 g of raw cheese, grind with your hands
Cut the lard into slices and fry in a pan until crispy.
Mix the sour cream, milk, salt and sugar and place in a saucepan on the fire.
Before boiling, pour a thin stream of corn kernel, stirring constantly.
Stirring constantly, cook the banosh for another 5-7 minutes until a thick cream remains.
Before serving, spread the grated cheese and crunchy on top.
Red borscht recipe
- Dried white mushrooms – 200 g
- Smoked chicken wings – 800 g
- Water – 6 liters
- Potatoes – 500 g
- Col – 800 g
- Onions – 200 g
- carrots – 200 g
- Oils – 80 g
- Beetroot – 600 g
- Tomato paste – 150 g
- Sugar – 130 g
- Sal – 60 g
- Bay leaf – 5 g
- All – 60 g
- Ground black pepper – 2 g
Pour water over the dried mushrooms, cut the chicken wings in half, then send them to the pan and cook the broth for an hour and a half or two.
Fry the onions and carrots in oil. Add the beets, tomato paste and 1/3 of the sugar and then fry, stir and pour water to cover the vegetables. Cook until ready.
In a saucepan, add the potatoes and cook until tender. Add the cabbage, dressing and simmer. After 10-15 minutes, bring to taste with spices (withslime, sugar, pepper, grated garlic, bay leaf).
Serve with donuts.
Ingredients (about 35 pieces):
- Milk 500 g (ambient temperature)
- Dry yeast 10 g
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- chicken yolk 4 units.
- 2 tablespoons fat cream.
- Wheat flour 1-1.2 kg
Add a little sugar and yeast to a little warm milk. Wait 10-15 minutes for the steam to start frothing. Add the rest of the milk and sugar, salt, egg yolks and sour cream, mix well. Slowly add the flour and knead the dough for about 15 minutes. Cover and let grow 2-3 times in a warm place (about 40 minutes).
We knead the dough that has come out a little and form donuts (en this recipe is about 35 pieces). Cover with a towel and let it grow twice in a warm place.
Grease the egg yolk cultivated donuts and place them in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes. After removing from the oven, let stand 10-15 minutes, then grease with garlic oil, you can add dill.
