Preparation:

Meanwhile, prepare the nuts. Pour boiling water over raisins and dried apricots for 10-15 minutes, then drain and spread on paper towels. Dried apricots can be cut into small pieces.

After the specified period of time, omit the dough, that is, mix it in a bowl. Then add the prepared nuts to the dough and knead. Grease the top with oil, cover with cling film and leave on the fire for another 1.5 hours.
